VESA SYSTEM offers ready-made solutions for measuring the weight of cargo on the forks, monitoring and analyzing the efficiency of work for loading machines of all types. VESA onboard systems allow reducing the percentage of trips with underloading and overloading, eliminating errors in settlements with machine owners, as well as increasing the efficiency of equipment operation, minimizing downtime or incomplete loading work. Onboard scales are convenient for dosing materials in technological processes. With remote internet access, you will control the total output of the forklift and the weight in each machine during the working shift.Measurement is carried out by changing the pressure in the lift cylinder. This solution includes only a static weighing mode with a stop function.

Weight controller - the central part of the system that converts signals from sensors into weight readings, then transmits information to the display and monitoring system.
Display - a wired touch screen display for accounting operations.
Pressure sensors - high-precision sensors that are installed in the hydraulic line of the fork cylinders.
Fork carriage position sensor - determines the point at which weight measurement is taken.
Mounting kit consisting of brackets, fuse with block, power supply and digital interfaces cables, Schlemmer automotive corrugated tube.

About us

VESA SYSTEM is a Russian high-tech startup with a history dating back to 2018 when a group of experienced engineers from the electronics and transportation logistics industries came together to develop a new type of weight measuring system - onboard axle load measurement systems for heavy trucks, which are installed directly in the suspension and provide drivers with real-time information for proper loading and avoiding fines for overloading.
