On-board weighing system for a telescopic loader

VESA SYSTEM offers ready-made solutions for measuring the weight of loads in the bucket and on the forks, monitoring, and analyzing the efficiency of operation for loading machines of all types. VESA on-board systems allow reducing the number of trips with underloads and overloads, eliminating errors in settlements with machine owners, as well as increasing the efficiency of equipment operation by minimizing downtime or working with incomplete loading. On-board scales are convenient for dosing feed ingredients.

Using remote communication via the Internet, you will control the total output of the loader, the weight in each machine and bucket during the working shift. The measurement is made by changing the pressure in the lifting boom cylinders. Two modes are provided for solving different tasks: static with stopping the bucket and dynamic without stopping the loading process.

The kit includes a detailed instruction for installing the VESA onboard weighing system. You can either install and calibrate the weighing system on the transport yourself or use the assisstance of our partners.

Onboard system on the telescopic handler

The weighing system for a telescopic loader includes the following:

Weighing controller - the central part of the system that converts signals from sensors into weight indicators, then transmits information to the display and monitoring system.
Display - a touch screen display for recording operations.
Pressure sensors - high-precision sensors that are installed in the hydraulic line of the lifting cylinders.
Boom position sensor - determines the points at which pressure is measured.
Mounting kit consisting of brackets, a fuse with a block, power and digital interface cables, and an automotive Schlemmer corrugated tube.

The VESA LOADER system allows for weighing in both static mode with a stopped boom and dynamic mode without stopping the boom.
